Lynne Fiddmont, Jimmy Sommers, Gordon Chambers and Vikter Duplaix to tour.
Saxman Jimmy Sommers has joined together with award winning Songwriter/Producer artists Gordon Chambers, omnipotent vocalist Lynne Fiddmont and grammy nominated artist Vikter Duplaix to embark on a live performance series call The Jazzy Soul Collective. According to organizers the Jazzy Soul Collective is packaged for promoters and music lovers as a cost effective show to feature some of the best of the nu jazz/nu soul scene.


Sommers is riding the crest of his new album "Sunset Collective" which follows the cutting edge steps of his previous chart toppers. Gordon Chambers is a Grammy Award winning songwriter/producer (Anita Baker, Patty Labelle, Yolanda Adams and others) whose most recent solo album is entitled "Love Stories". Lynne Fiddmont is know as a superalative background singer for the likes of Stevie Wonder, Phil Collins and others. "Flow" is the name of her debut album. Duplaix's song "Make A Baby" is nominated for the 2008 Grammy's in the Urban Alternative category.

The first two dates for the Jazzy Soul Collective are Sunday February 17th at The Birchmere Music Hall in Alexandria,Virginia and Monday February 18th at BB King's Nightclub in New York City. More dates are to be announced.
