The Army has its Green Berets, The Navy has its Seals,
The Air Force has its Delta Force.
Each an elite group of experts who quietly and effectively carry out the most difficult of missions without a hitch.

If such a unit existed for vocalists, veteran
Lynne Fiddmont would surely be one of the select few.
For over two decades, Lynne has flawlessly navigated her life in music, stealthily mounting an impressive resume that reads literally like a “Who’s Who” in Music.

Ms. Fiddmont has recorded and/or shared the stage with artists such as: Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Phil Collins, Micheal Buble, Natalie Cole, Dave Brubeck, Patti Austin, Martina McBride, Christian McBride, Queen Latifah, Eric Clapton, Nancy Wilson, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Barbra Streisand, Johnny Mathis, Joe Zawinul, Kenny Loggins, Stanley Clarke, Kenny “Babyface” Edmonds, Madonna, Earl Klugh, Wayman Tisdale, Kirk Whalum, The Crusaders, Bill Withers and many more.

She has produced and released 3 CD’s on her own label, MidLife Records:
Flow, Lady, and now her most recent release, Spirit of Christmas

As with LADY, the musicianship is stellar and once again the Fiddmont/Ford collaboration produced a fresh take on established standards that make you want to indulge all year long.

Some of Lynne’s career highlights include singing at the White House (2010), the 1999 Super Bowl (both with Stevie Wonder), Oprah Winfrey’s 50 birthday party, being commissioned by the LA Philharmonic along with Patti Austin, Monica Mancini, and Siedah Garrett to appear at the Hollywood Bowl as part of an all star group paying tribute to the great Ray Charles as a Raylettes.

Fiddmont was a featured artist at The Monterey Jazz Festival, Berks Jazz Festival, The Capital Jazz Festival, Dc’s legendary jazz club, Blues Alley, The Wayman Tisdale/Dave Koz Smooth Jazz Cruise, and just recently, she returned from performing on the 6
th annual Capital Jazz Super Cruise.

Lynne has toured the world, but she also is no stranger to the small screen. She has performed, on the Tonight Show, David Letterman, Regis and Kelly, Arsenio Hall, Good Morning America, Oprah Winfrey, Soul Train, The Grammys, and more. She also wrote original music for a national Lexus holiday campaign.

When asked why she has been so fortunate, she say’s “I’m not sure, but I don’t believe in coincidences”. “I do believe in purpose and I realize that we all have important gifts, so I’m just moving full steam ahead, one foot after the other”.
St Louis native, Lynne Fiddmont currently lives in Los Angeles.
